Auditions

Entry to Bath School of Acting is strictly through audition only.

Students wishing to study with us for 2021 may send entries remotely.

All students must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the start of the course.

All audition fees have been waived. There is no audition fee

On receipt of your audition, we will contact you to confirm receipt.

Musical Theatre Audition Requirements

A landscape video consisting of

•2 contrasting musical theatre songs of no more than 2 minutes each, either to a backing track or acapella

• 1 monologue lasting no longer than 2 minutes

.• 1 dance routine of any style lasting for no longer than 2 minutes

Choose pieces that demonstrate your skills. The videos must be simple, unaltered and clear.

We recommend using a Dropbox link, it is free, simple to use and files that have been recorded on a smartphone can be uploaded and sent with ease.

Please include your application form too.

Acting Audition Requirements

A landscape video consisting of

• 2 contrasting monologues lasting no longer than 2 minutes.

• 1 unaccompanied song from any genre.

Choose pieces that demonstrate your skills. The videos must be simple, unaltered and clear.
